Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Princess Knot, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

A return or refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item was received in a damaged condition.

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof of damage.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Submit a Claim: Email us at theprincessknot@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Your order details.

    • A clear unboxing video showing the damaged product.

  2. Approval & Return: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Refund Processing: Upon receiving the damaged product, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • No return or refund requests will be accepted after 3 days from delivery.

  • The unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund for damaged items.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than product damage.
