Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Princess Knot, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
A return or refund will only be considered under the following conditions:
The item was received in a damaged condition.
A clear unboxing video is required as proof of damage.
The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Return & Refund Process
Submit a Claim: Email us at theprincessknot@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order details.
A clear unboxing video showing the damaged product.
Approval & Return: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving the damaged product, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
No return or refund requests will be accepted after 3 days from delivery.
The unboxing video is mandatory to claim a refund for damaged items.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than product damage.
